This course covers strategies for optimizing each stage of the inventory lifecycle, including vehicle acquisition, intake processes, time to line, opportunity cost management, aging inventory, on-lot maintenance, wholesale decisioning, and the use of inventory management tools.
Prelim schedule will be as follows:
Tuesday, October 13th: Class 8a – 5p
Continental breakfast and drinks (Coffee & soft drinks)
Lunch on their own (Will work with hotel about getting a reservation at their onsite restaurant for those
interested)
Dinner on their own
Wednesday, October 14th: Class 8a – 12p
